At Dakota Designs, we go beyond the standard real estate photography concept. Think bigger, go outside the box and take marketing to the next level. My goal is help you succeed and build a lasting partnership together.
Our complete package includes all of your standard real estate images of the listing, plus detail shots to showcase the uniqueness of your listing. We also photograph the neighborhood, including but not limited to parks, schools, points of interest, etc. The images of the listing are then provided to you on a CD in Jpeg format for use in flyers and on the web. From there, we take all the images, create a slideshow set to a song of your choice and create a DVD. The DVD is then labeled with a custom label and tucked into a slim DVD case with custom inserts. This package is awesome for marketing to potential buyers and provides a nice gift to the seller to remember their special home.

Please note that it is the agent’s responsibility to make sure the DVD meets all MLS guidelines. You will be required to sign a photography release form prior to delivery of any product.
